1. What happens after I order a part?

After a part has been ordered we will tell you how long you can expect to wait before we receive the part. Once we receive it we will give you a call and you can pick it up. If the part was ordered through the service department you can expect the phone call to come from your service adviser.

  2. What if I order the wrong part?

If you can provide us with your vehicle serial number it heavily reduces the chance of getting a wrong part. Parts that have been installed, opened or indicated at time of purchase as being “non-returnable” can not be returned. Otherwise parts accompanied by the original invoice within 10 days of purchase may be returned. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

I have an older vehicle can you still help me find a part?

As vehicles get older parts become harder to look-up and source. We will do the best we can to find what your looking for or offer suggestions of where you might be able to find parts if we can't get what you need.

  3. What sort of parts are you able to order?

OEM General motors parts is what we specialize in. We can source some aftermarket parts and accessories for your GM or other make vehicle too.

  4. Do you offer add on accessories?

GM has great add on accessories. We stock a lot of them! What we don't have we can order in for you and we also have a catalog of non-GM accessories as well to suit what your looking for.
